Food is one of the most basic needs of all human beings, yet thousands of men, women and children go to sleep hungry every night throughout the United States. Cooking for a Cause allows corporate groups to partake in an exhilarating team experience that culminates with a meaningful and worthwhile donation of food to people in need. Your group can help feed the hungry and will cook and eat food they prepare during the event, but the program also allows for a 3-pronged donation to hungry area populations:
Recipe for Success facilitators will help participants better comprehend the nature of the issue of hunger in the U.S. through a brief interactive introduction on the topic. Then, teams get cooking!! Teams will complete the following 3 tasks (The Cooking Competition, The Great PB&J Challenge, & Food Bag Donation) each with a competitive twist that will keep participants on their toes!
When possible, staff from the benefiting organization will be on hand to receive the donations. What a great way to build your team and give back to the community!

Good feelings that come from giving to someone in need
I have received wonderful feedback on the “Chocolate Company Challenge” event. Participants were particularly impressed with the facilitator. We will definitely look into your company for future events. Please pass along our thanks and kudos to the facilitator.
Thanks again for helping us have an enjoyable time at our retreat a couple of weeks ago! I also appreciate the box of Simply Divine Brownies! I shared it with my colleagues who only heard about the training but never participated.
Thanks so much for a job well done – and a fun job, at that. I think the group had a great time and really enjoyed the food!
Our office is still buzzing about their cooking experience. EVERYONE that participated had a wonderful time - no complaints coming from anyone is just amazing! People who didn't really know one another are striking up conversations.
It was a pleasure meeting you. Seriously, you really know how to put on a show. What a great and beneficial day. I was one of the agents on the middle back table and we made stuffed mushrooms. Thank you.
